Buying guide
Which doctor stamp should I buy?
Start with where you will use it: in your pocket on the ward, or at a desk.
Pocket size stamps for the ward
The Trodat Pocket Printy 9511 is the stamp most interns carry. It is small, self-inking and opens with a one-handed slide, ready for ward notes, scripts and forms, with your name, qualification and practice number. The 9512 Max is the bigger pocket stamp, with a 46 x 17 mm text plate and a clip. Starting internship? The Intern ID Pack puts the 9511 together with an engraved name badge, an ID carabiner and an ECG ruler. Pick a housing colour you will recognise; the 9511 comes in six.

Desk stamps and daters
For a practice or reception desk, the Printy 4913 takes up to five lines on a 58 x 22 mm plate, and the larger Printy 4926 (74 x 37 mm) fits practice details, an address or a billing block. The Printy Dater 4750 has adjustable date wheels for dating forms, files and records. Every model is self-inking, so there is no separate ink pad on the desk, and each takes a genuine Trodat replacement pad when the impression fades.
