A Welch Allyn fibre optic laryngoscope set with LED lamps: Macintosh blades 1 to 4 with medium and small handles in a zip case.
The Welch Allyn Fibre Optic Laryngoscope Set, Macintosh, is a complete intubation set with LED lamps, for anaesthetists, emergency doctors and paramedics. It contains Macintosh blades in sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4 with a medium and a small handle, in a zip case.

Features

  • LED lamps for brighter light
  • Single-piece stainless steel blades
  • Removable light pipe and smooth surfaces
  • Blades can be repaired and upgraded rather than replaced
  • Lightweight handles and blades for balance and manoeuvrability

Macintosh blade design

  • Gentle, continuous curve from tip to proximal end
  • Curve sits in the vallecula and lifts the epiglottis indirectly
  • Reduced proximal blade height helps when mouth opening is limited

In the box

  • Macintosh blades, sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • Medium and small handles (C-cell and AA)
  • Zip case
