Choosing WiZ Scrubs Basic 2.0
Basic 2.0 is our everyday, entry-level scrub. These are the questions people ask most before they order.
What is Basic 2.0 made of?
AIRWEAVE, a 100% polyester weave developed for scrubs. It has natural mechanical stretch without elastane, dries quickly, resists wrinkles and fading, and is woven to be opaque while staying light enough for warm wards. The top has a phone pocket on the right, a double pen pocket and deep pockets that hold what you carry on a ward round. The pants have a quality drawstring with a key loop and come in two styles. It is easy-care fabric meant for daily wear, and the clean, regular silhouette looks professional without being boxy.
Jogger or open hem?
The jogger has an elastic cuff that gives a modern, secure fit at the ankle and keeps the hem out of the way. The open hem has a small slit at the ankle for a looser, more classic look. It is a matter of preference; the fabric and pockets are the same.
Set, separates or a pack?
Buy a set if your top and pants are the same size. Buy the top and pants separately if they are not. For a full rotation, the Pair Pack, Starter Three and Week Pack give you two, three or five sets, with the size and colour of each piece chosen separately. Two sets means one on and one in the wash; five covers a full week of placements without a midweek load of laundry.
How does Basic 2.0 sizing work?
Basic 2.0 is a regular unisex fit from XXS to 5XL. The chart lists garment measurements, so compare it with a top that already fits you. If you are at the top of a range, size up.

Is Basic 2.0 see-through?
No. AIRWEAVE is woven to be opaque while staying lightweight.
Can men and women wear Basic 2.0?
Yes. The top and pants are unisex with a regular fit. If you want a fitted, gendered cut, look at Comfort 2.0.
Do Basic scrubs need ironing?
No. The fabric is wrinkle-free and quick-drying, so you can wash it at night and wear it the next morning.
How many colours does Basic 2.0 come in?
Eleven, in sizes XXS to 5XL. Check your faculty or hospital's colour rules before you choose.
