Which Littmann spare parts fit my stethoscope?
Littmann spare parts kits are model-specific. Find your model below, then pick the matching kit or tubing.
Diaphragms and eartips by model
Classic III, Cardiology IV and CORE: kit 40016 (black) or 40017 (grey), with adult and paediatric tunable diaphragms and two small eartips. Classic II S.E.: kit 40005 (black) or 40006 (grey), with an adult tunable diaphragm and rim, a non-chill bell rim and two small eartips. Master Cardiology: kit 40011, with a rim and tunable diaphragm assembly and two small eartips. Master Classic: kit 40022. Lightweight II S.E.: kit 40020, with a tunable diaphragm and rim, a non-chill bell sleeve and two small eartips. Classic II Paediatric: kit 40012. Classic II Infant: kit 40013. Each kit's product page lists the models it fits, so check yours against that list before you order.

When to replace the tubing
Cracked, sticky or stiff tubing, or a loose headset, means it is time for a new binaural. The Classic replacement fits the Classic III, Classic II S.E., Paediatric and Infant, with single-lumen tubing in nine colours. The Cardiology replacement fits the Master Cardiology and Cardiology II, III and IV, with a black or stainless steel headset and eartips included. You keep your chestpiece. The Cardiology replacement is a little shorter than the standard Littmann length, so it may feel slightly tighter.

Labelling your stethoscope
Stethoscopes go missing on busy wards. The Littmann ID tag 40007 fits all Littmann models and comes with a write-on and an engravable nameplate, which we can laser-engrave for you.

Before you buy
How often should I replace my diaphragm and eartips?
Replace them when they crack, harden, discolour or stop sealing well, or when sound seems duller than it used to. Eartips also go missing, which is why each kit includes two.
Will the Classic III kit fit my Cardiology IV?
Yes. Kits 40016 and 40017 fit the Classic III, Cardiology IV and CORE.
Are these genuine Littmann parts?
