This Littmann Cardiology IV (6152) is the standard version: a machined stainless steel chestpiece with a stainless steel stem and headset on a black tube, for doctors and senior students choosing a cardiology stethoscope. It is built to help you pick up hard-to-hear sounds such as aortic stenosis, S3 gallops and faint pulmonary anomalies, and suits the ED, ICU, cardiac ICU and step-down units.
