The Littmann Cardiology IV with a plum tube and stainless steel chestpiece: a dual-sided diagnostic stethoscope for critical care, emergency and cardiology work.
This Littmann Cardiology IV (6156) has a plum tube with a standard-finish stainless steel chestpiece and stainless stem, a deep purple that is still understated. It is built to help you hear hard-to-hear sounds, including aortic stenosis, S3 gallops and faint pulmonary sounds, in critical care and other demanding settings such as the emergency department, ICU, cardiac ICU and step-down unit.

- Dual-sided stainless steel chestpiece with tunable diaphragms on the adult and paediatric sides: light pressure for low-frequency sounds, firmer pressure for high-frequency sounds
- The paediatric side converts to an open bell, with a non-chill bell sleeve for patient comfort
- 40% larger chestpiece and 60% deeper bell than the Littmann Classic III
- Designed for adult and paediatric patients
- Soft-sealing eartips for comfort and a good acoustic seal
- Not made with natural rubber latex; made in the USA
